Optional adapters are available on GlowShift.com or pressure test ports are available on most aftermarket lift pumps. 1. Install the fuel pressure sensor into the optional 3/8” quick disconnect adapter and tighten with a 21mm wrench. 2. Wrap Teflon Tape around the threaded port plug, and thread into the adapter using a 5mm allen key. 3. On the driver’s side under the vehicle, right in front of the fuel cooler, locate the 3/8” quick disconnect connector that feeds into the exhaust. 4. Install the 3/8” quick-disconnect adapter into the fuel line and tighten with a 21mm wrench. 5. Using the optional 18’ sensor harness, plug in the fuel pressure sensor and route up to the location of the firewall where you will be passing through into the cab. Be sure not to pinch or crimp the harness and keep it away from moving parts and any direct heat sources using zip ties. Fuel Pressure Gauge Installation SECTION 4 1. 3. 4.
