Reconnect the negative terminals of the two batteries to prepare power for the gauges and to test the fuses for power with a test light or multimeter. 2. Attach the Micro II Expandable Circuits to the yellow wire and the red wires and attach the Mini Expandable Circuit to the orange wire. 3. Connect the black wire to a reliable, clean, and unpainted ground source. There is an 8mm grounding screw on the firewall where the ground was connected for the transmission temperature sensor. 4. Connect the constant yellow wire to the 20amp Micro2 #19 fuse inside the fuse box. 5. Connect the ignition switched red wire to the 10amp Micro2 #34 fuse inside the fuse box. 6. Connect the headlamp switched orange wire to the 20amp Mini #15 fuse inside the fuse box. 7. Power up the truck to see if the gauges are functioning properly and check for any leaks or loose sensor connections. With the vehicle running, cycle through the gears to help the transmission fluid circulate through the transmission. Top off any fluids if necessary. 8. Press the Color Change Button on the gauges to ensure they are working correctly. Note: MaxTow Gauges do not change colors. The button on the front of the gauge allows you to change the 3 Daytime and 3 Nighttime Brightness Levels. 9. Test drive your vehicle to ensure all gauges are functioning properly.
